F.A.Q.
In the FAQ page you can read all the general questions that customers usually have. They are divided into categories to make the search simple. This should be the first thing to read if you are deciding to choose our services or if you're already a customer of ours.

User control panel / Member Area
The web panel lets you check 24h a day your domains: expiry dates, services, prices, DNS management and so on. It's possible to modify your data and mainly your email address that is used by our staff to contact you. The panel allows you to pay the renew throughtout Credit Card. We are working to improve this service and add other services. Our forum is the right place to be updated about our new services and improvements. You can access this panel through the orange form on the left side. |

Trouble Ticket
It's a web system that let HV to manage all the technical, commercial and administrative requests of our customers. It's a panel like a control panel that through username and password access allows to monitor all your requests and check our staff efforts to solve problems. We suggest to use it to reduce email use even if you can go on without using it.
The Ticket System is accessible through the green form on the top left.

Chat
In some pages there is an area called "Chat support" with a picture of a man wearing earphones and a microphone. Clicking on the picture it's possible to chat and contact our staff. If you have any doubt you can receive information about services, activations and payments through this system. If you are already a HostingVirtuale customer, you may simply and immediatly contact our staff to have commercial, technical and administrative support.

Forum
The forum is the right place where every customer can discuss and compare with other customers about HV services. You just have to register and enter messages, creating a HV user comunity. Here you can find information about technical questions, which could be useful for other users, but it's important to remeber that for specific problems you have to contact Trouble Ticket System. |

For commercial and/or urgent requests it's possible to contact us through telephone (+39.0871.403697) and through fax (+39.0871.243115). We remind you that, except for those services that include telephone assistance, we don't provide telephone support.
